Small beauty haul.

Hello, from the other side... (I love Adele)

Thought I would share some of my newest buys and what I thought of them.
I got myself a bottle of TRESemmè heat defence spray 60ml it was  £1 from pound world, I am not sure how much this is in other shops as I've not used this one before but I thought it was a very good buy at only £1, this spray smells amazing, I've not tried it out on my hair yet but I hope it's as good as the last bottle of TRESemmè heat defense spray I had (it's the one that's in a red bottle) I don't use straightners that often as half the time my hair is tied up, so bottles of heat spray lasts me ages.

Then I got myself 3 bottles of nail polishes, I have 2 bottles are by maybelline, color show 60 seconds, one colour is pink slip 327 it is a lovely metalic rose pink colour and the other is rose chic 232 which is a sparkly pale rose gold colour. So pretty. I've done my nails and it goes on so nicely and 2 coats painted on each hand and dry within only 5 minutes.  I will be getting lots more colours in these polishes, I'm amazed. Usually the 2nd coat takes a long time to dry and by that time I've usually knocked them and smudged one or more of my nails. These polishes were from Savers £1.99 each, very good price I think.

I also got a Rimmel salon pro polish, colour chic and cheerful 710 and it's a lovely hot chocolate colour. (Only way to describe it lol) I've yet to try this one out but the other salon pro polishes I have got myself in the past have been long lasting and good coverage. (Unlike some that are nice colours then you put them on and it's watery, pale on the nails and takes 4 coats before it looks like it does in the bottles) I got the salon pro bottle from pound world for £1, obviously (ha)

I've recently tried out a new conditioning mask for my hair which I got from my most recent Glossy box (monthly subscription of beauty goodies) and it is amazing!! My hair is so soft and shiny. It's by Naobay, I had a quick look online and I can't see a UK Shop to get it from, I shall keep on searching cos it's lovely, it smells lovely and fresh with slight citrus smells to it, I think its has a lemon grass scent to it.

Glossy box is amazing for trying out new products you wouldn't usually notice in the shops, sometimes that is a good thing as some of them are pretty pricey, I think this hair mask retails at around $12.

Also in love with Soap & Glory, Foam call shower gel. It's smells of citrus scents and really leaves me feeling fresh and squeaky clean. I treated myself with a wash bag full of Soap & Glory products from boots in the January sales, love their products. Their hand cream is amazing and has the same citrus smell as this shower gel.

Lastly Baylis and Harding Rhubarb and vanilla shower cream and body wash wow wow wow it's like being a kid again, it smells just like the Rhubarb and custard hard boiled sweets. Lush.
Well that's all from me for now.

                       Ta ta for now

                  Thanks for reading

Blogtober #4

Giving birth to a huge baby. Day 4 of  Blogtober I thought in today's post I would write about the birth of my youngest child (now 10 years old) Isabella, she was a hefty weight, not at all your average baby weight, although I have heard of much bigger babies being born (my eyes sting at that thought) so here is my story of how my beautiful little girl entered the world. Before I begin, I would like to say that I kept telling midwives I was carrying an elephant inside me, they would say she is only going to be about 1 lb bigger than my older two children's birth weights (8lb 6oz & 8lb 7oz) I had SPD (where the ligaments over stretch in the pelvis, causing a lot of pain) I was depressed as I could hardly do anything, the pain was immense, I used to cry whenever I needed to get up out of my bed to go to the loo, (which was often, babies like using our bladder as a trampoline) I would literally crawl to the bathroom, the midwives just said they couldn't

Blogtober fail!

I failed! I am so very sorry, I have completely failed at blogtober, I was so determined to do it, but so not prepared, I had technology issues and Wi-Fi (changed provider) being down, and thinking I can easily write a post each day, add in a college course and a family & home to take care of, I failed, and I am so very sorry to all of you for that, next year I shall be prepared, I shall be organised as I have learned so much from other bloggers and from myself so next time I shall have most of it written and ready to go, instead of writing on the day. Makes sense really doesn't it? I haven't been blogging long and it really shows with this, although this is how you learn to do things, from mistakes and advice. I just want to say a big thank you for your kind messages checking if I am ok, for your patience and understanding over me not uploading new blogtober posts, big thank you for reading my previous posts and I will be posting more posts just not daily at t

Blogtober #9

10 favourite songs. Blogtober day nine, I saw a pin on Pinterest for blogtober ideas and this was one of the ideas, so I thought I would do this for today as I am struggling with ideas as this is my first time doing blogtober and unlike the wise bloggers, I have not prepared for my blog posts, I've not written them all up and set  them up to be posted at certain times, no that would be really sensible, that would make things easier and I obviously am not happy with the 31 day blogging challenge, I want to add the extra pressure of writing each post on the day as well as having a college course to do and Children to look after, and all the jobs that come with it (what a fool) but I will not give up, but as today has been such a busy, busy day I am doing one of my favourite songs as it's nice & easy plus it's a fun post to do, I shall also be listening to each song after  (good way to unwind) If you're looking for modern songs, I wouldn't carry on reading
